Pakistan cricket team is one of the successful teams in T20 format but the national team has achieved a feat in this format for the first time.
The second T20 match against Ireland proved to be a pleasant one for Pakistan in many ways. While the national team leveled the series by winning this match, Babar Azam became the most successful captain in the world and Shaheen Shah also crossed the milestone of completing 300 wickets in international cricket.
However, with all these records, the players of the Pakistan team hit a total of 15 sixes, which has happened for the first time in the 17-year history of playing T20 Internationals for Pakistan.
In the match played in Dublin, while successfully chasing the target of 194 runs, Fakhar Zaman hit 6, Mohammad Rizwan and Azam Khan hit four each while Saeem Ayub hit a six.
Earlier, the green shirts had hit 12 sixes in a match.
